Shipping Information

Orders placed for in-stock items are usually shipped within 2 business days from acceptance of order.

Any shipping time frames exclude weekends and holidays. Cherrybrook will strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please note that once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and we cannot guarantee any delivery date for standard shipping. The estimated delivery time frames are in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, weather delays or any delay by the carrier.

Expedited shipping options will ship the same day provided the order is received prior to 1pm ET Monday through Friday. Please note, expedited shipping may not be available for all items (such as aerosols). If you specifically need Next Day or Two Day shipping, please contact Customer Service.

Some products are custom made or are shipped directly from the manufacturer and will require additional processing and shipping times to reach you. These details are noted directly in any items availability messaging and say “shipped directly from vendor”. Express shipping is not available for these products.

Standard orders are shipped via UPS or USPS at the discretion of our warehouse. If you have any shipping limitations, please indicate at checkout in the special instructions box what delivery restrictions may be required. Also include a daytime phone number and email address.

Free Shipping may be offered from time to time on certain products or on orders exceeding a certain dollar value. We reserve the right to change these free shipping offers at any time. Free shipping generally will be limited to the Contiguous US (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), Free Shipping may exclude orders with aerosols, heavy items, large items and orders over 50 pounds. We reserve the right to make all determinations impacting any Free Shipping offer.

Cherrybrook is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages due to a package being left at the door, or if there were any typographical errors when the order is placed. Please double-check all information before submitting your order.

For oversized products, you may see a pop-up indicating to “contact Us for Shipping Quote”.  For these items, you will need to reach out to our Customer Service team to obtain our lowest negotiated rates from available carriers at that time, and the order may need to be completed over the phone.
